Apex Intelligence AI Inc formalizes three operating companies.
The group's structure is now explicit: Apex AI LLC (operating as Apex AI) builds the
AI software and products; Digi Mkt LLC runs the growth practice; Apex Pay,
doing business as Apex Intelligence AI, operates the payments line. Each company holds its own entity,
customers, and P&L under one parent and one operating standard. The four web properties —
apex-intelligence.co, apex-intel.co, digi-mkt.co, and apex-pay.co — relaunched together on a shared
design system.

Apex Pay launches as a Maverick Payments partner.
The group's payments company is live at apex-pay.co as a registered partner of
Maverick Payments. Acceptance runs on Maverick's certified infrastructure — card data
never touches Apex servers — while Apex Pay builds the merchant experience: guided applications with
trained payment sales associates, hosted payment flows, and daily reconciliation. A public sandbox lets
merchants and partners exercise both flows with test cards before anything goes live.

Digi Mkt takes over the group's growth practice at digi-mkt.co.
The done-for-you growth business — outbound and appointment setting, paid media, SEO and
answer-engine optimization, and conversion-built websites — now operates as Digi Mkt LLC at
digi-mkt.co, carrying the practice's published case studies, industry coverage, and a new insights blog
and ROI calculator with it.
