Questions & answers
The questions counterparties actually ask.
Apex Intelligence AI Inc is the parent of three operating companies. These are the structural questions partners, processors, and clients raise — answered plainly.
What is Apex Intelligence AI Inc?
Apex Intelligence AI Inc is a parent company. It holds three operating businesses — Apex AI LLC (Apex AI, AI software), Digi Mkt LLC (growth marketing), and Apex Pay (payments, DBA Apex Intelligence AI) — each with its own entity, customers, and P&L, all run on one operating standard.
What is the difference between Apex Intelligence and Apex AI?
Apex Intelligence AI Inc is the parent company; Apex AI LLC is its software subsidiary. If you are buying AI development or products like miOS, AutoScope, or WriteWell, you are working with Apex AI. The parent holds the structure and the standard.
Which entity do I contract with?
The operating company doing the work: Apex AI LLC for software builds, Digi Mkt LLC for growth engagements, and Apex Pay for payment products (with processing itself governed by the Maverick Payments provider agreement). Your agreement names the entity on its face.
Who do I invoice, or expect an invoice from?
The operating company named in your agreement. The parent company does not bill clients directly.
Is Apex Pay a bank or a payment processor?
No. Apex Pay is a registered partner of Maverick Payments and builds the product and operations layer around Maverick's certified processing rails. Card data lives with the processor, never on Apex servers, and fees and settlement are set by the provider agreement.
What is miOS?
miOS is the group's operating layer for AI work: agent workspaces, durable memory, verification with records, and launch infrastructure. Every company in the group runs its daily operations through it, and Apex AI offers it as a product.
How do I verify a message really came from the group?
Our companies write from these domains only: apex-intelligence.co, apex-intel.co, digi-mkt.co, and apex-pay.co. We never ask for card numbers or full banking details by email — payment credentials are only ever entered on Maverick Payments' hosted, certified surfaces. If a message feels off, forward it to support@apex-intel.co before acting on it.
Where do I direct a new-business conversation?
One email routes anywhere: support@apex-intel.co. Software goes to Apex AI, growth to Digi Mkt, payments to Apex Pay — or book time directly on any company's contact page and skip the thread.
Does the group take outside investment or partnerships?
Partnership conversations are welcome through support@apex-intel.co. Anything involving the corporate structure is handled by the parent company directly.
Where can I see what the group has shipped?
The newsroom carries dated announcements, each company's site carries its own work — Digi Mkt publishes case studies with real numbers, Apex AI documents its products, and Apex Pay runs a public sandbox anyone can try.
