What this site is
apex-intelligence.co is the corporate site of Apex Intelligence AI Inc, describing the group's structure, companies, and operating model. Everything on it is general information. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or professional advice of any kind. Any actual engagement with a group company — Apex AI LLC, Digi Mkt LLC, or Apex Pay — happens under a separate written agreement with that specific entity, and that agreement, not this page, governs the work.
Using the site
You may browse, link to, and reference this site for personal and business purposes. You may not misrepresent an affiliation with the group, interfere with the site's operation, or use its content in a way that suggests we endorsed something we did not.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Apex Intelligence AI Inc. Apex AI, miOS, AutoScope, WriteWell, Apex Pay, and Digi Mkt are marks of the Apex group of companies. Nothing on this site grants you a license to any of it. Quoting the site with attribution is fine; republishing it or using the marks in your own materials is not, without written permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to the group's own properties (apex-intel.co, digi-mkt.co, apex-pay.co) and occasionally to outside services. Each destination is governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy — including the group sites, which publish theirs separately.
SMS messaging terms
Apex Intelligence AI Inc operates SMS notification programs that send operational messages — such as new-lead alerts, voicemail and call notifications, and system status updates — to business owners and staff who have opted in to receive them.
Consent. You receive messages only if you have opted in, verbally or in writing, to receive operational notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on business activity. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@apex-intel.co.
How we handle phone numbers and opt-in data is described in our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranty that it is either — no warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content may change or be removed without notice.
Limitation of liability
